DcmEye HD is a commercial dicom3 viewer on iPad. It take iTunes (9.1+) file sharing feature, by which you could put DICOM 3.0 files into its document root directory. DcmEyeHD is based on dcmtk.

Prerequests

iPad 1/iPad 2 with iOS 4.2+
iTunes 9.1+(better iTunes 10) installed and well configured with iPad
